I would have given 5 stars but a couple of issues, not big ones but need to mention them. I had to phone 8 days after ordering to find out we’re my order was going to be delivered, I think it must have been forgotten, the person I spoke to said he would go and check, he came back and said they didn’t have a van that could deliver it and would get another company to deliver it, which they did but did forget me in the first place. The second thing, I no you do state that you leave it outside on pavement but with such a large washing machine, I little help would be good, I am 59 years old and had to drag it from the front gate right round to the back of the house on my own, a little help would have been appreciated. Other than that the washing machine is fantastic.
