I've been purchasing this subscription box for years now and honestly, it is the best subscription company I've dealt with.Products are typically very high quality. Randomly, there will be an item that feels a little iffy, but I also think that is because in general, items are excellent.I've had the occasional issue with a purchase (you can shop from their website as well) and if there is an issue, it has always been addressed quickly and well.Quite frankly, the biggest downside to this subscription is FOMO - because I don't know what is coming, I end up getting every box and so I have an entire drawer full of cat t-shirts and a plethora of cat themed items. Still, no regrets! This box always makes me happy.
