Our two year old indoor cat escaped when a neighbor came over. For 7 hours my husband and I tried to capture him. I got him at one point, but he bit my husband to the bone and escaped again We finally got him back in the house and were surprised that he settled right down. However his sibling brother hissed and growled and was seriously aggressive to him. Luckily I contacted Jessica who replied very quickly and guided us through steps - separation, rubbing blankets on each to reintroduce their smells, feeding instructions. She kept in touch for the week with follow up guidance. They are happily eating and sleeping together again thanks to Jessica. This is the second time she has been more helpful than the vet when it came to cat behavior. She truly is a godsend and such a valuable resource.
