Sarah and CJ made the process so simple and easy. Once I'd chosen the microchip pet door I wanted and provided details of the kitchen door it was to be fitted to, an appointment was booked. When he arrived (on time) on the day of installation, CJ was friendly, efficient and considerate, and he had the pet door fitted (with all the relevant instructions explained) in around 20 minutes.
