What an outstanding company. Absolutely EVERYTHING was top-rate. Sarah in the office was lovely and communicated in a clear, friendly way at every step and CJ, who installed the flap, was a star. Loads of help and advice throughout and the cats have started using the flap immediately so we couldn’t ask for more. Cat Out Of Glass are fantastic.
