From the first email to the final fitting the team were super kind, efficient and friendly. The 'do-it-yourself- measuring had me scared at first after a previous conversion mixup for a window - however the fool-proof system was great and everything fitted perfectly on the day of the fitting.We were also shown clearly how to set the door up which we did just after CJ left, and young Sammy Sprat the tabby cat is already loving the new personal escape away from the kids!All the existing glass was taken away at our request and we even got a reminder email to activate the warranty etc. Can't really fault any part of the experience!
