When i received my iPhone 17 Pro Max back in October, I had already decided on buying the Veil frosted case from Caudabe. Its an amazing case. However, im the type of person that likes to switch cases. After a few months, I noticed my Veil case started to fit a bit looser and a gap started to develop.
So i gave an email to Caudabe customer support just to see if there was anything that can be done. I was contacted by Robin A. She was fantastic and absolutely helpful! She recommended to me the Sheath and Synthesis as other buyer of the Veil switched to those. I had some knowledge of the alternative from youtube and was intrigued by he Sheath. But changed my mind and decided i liked the Synthesis more.
So Robin A gave me the option of either replacing my Veil case with another Veil or the Synthesis. I told her Id like to switch to the Synthesis. She then proceeded to email me an invoice to pay the difference and everything was done!
