What a total waste of time. I spent weeks trying to organize a report, sending a lot of information, all for nothing. In the end, they seemed to forget everything that was presented, despite having a chat history as proof, and then expected me to redo everything via messaging, with no chance to speak to the actual person. Do not waste your time if you need a report - I would definitely NOT recommend them! FUMING!!!
