We source our caviar from the Far East region, Amur River basin, from the sustainable aqua farm. And we support the conservation the wild sturgeon species with cities organization. We source salmon roes from Alaska and Canada, straight from the fish plants. Caviar arrives to us every week by air, always fresh with exceptional quality control measures.
Royal supreme caviar comes from Kaluga sturgeon (Huso Dauricus) our largest 2.8+ mm, brown/green eggs and has noble buttery and creamy taste. Alexander premium is a hybrid of Kaluga sturgeon (Huso Dauricus) and Amur/Japanese sturgeon (Acipenser Schrenckii) Alexander has 2.5+ mm beads, it's nutty and a bit complex in flavor.
