Ordered a bed frame from them. Two parts of the bed frame were missing, spent an hour and a half on the phone with them only to be told the bed was backordered and I would be contacted when the bedframe was back in stock.Then made the mistake of ordering a coffee table (I know I know, fool me once..). Got a call the day of delivery that the coffee table was damaged in transit and I need to call the store. Spent an hour on hold just to be told they have no idea what to do or how to help, but they will call me back when they have updated information.Customer service is useless. The fact that the bedframe was missing two pieces and the coffee table was so poorly made it was damaged (or they have reckless drivers) is inexcusable. LISTEN THESE REVIEWS and order from a different company.
