Very poor customer service experience with CBB.I contacted support regarding a billing issue for my second number after receiving an email about unpaid subscription charges, even though I had already requested cancellation of both numbers through Elgiganten.During the call, my questions were not properly answered. I repeatedly tried to confirm whether CBB had received and processed the cancellation requests, but I was not given a clear response and was instead told to contact the other company.Communication was extremely difficult, and I felt that my issue was not being understood or handled properly. I also requested to speak to another representative, but this was refused, and I was told I would receive the same answers.When I asked for the agent’s name in order to file a complaint, this was also refused.The issue was not resolved, and I was left without clear information about my account status.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I wish I could give zero stars because one star is too much for CBB.
