I had a very disappointing experience with CBB Mobile due to incorrect guidance from their customer service team.Because of misleading information, I couldn’t properly use my line abroad, was overcharged, and my line was even suspended. After a price increase, I decided to transfer my number to another provider.Before transferring, I contacted customer service twice (once in November and again January) to confirm whether I would be refunded for the unused part of the month. I was clearly told yes. Later, customer service even reviewed the call recordings and admitted that I had been misinformed.Despite this:-I was charged for the full month on 1 January-My number was transferred on 6 January-CBB Mobile is now refusing to refund the unused daysAcknowledging incorrect information but still refusing a refund is unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I would not recommend CBB Mobile based on this experience.
