I suggest 2 things to improve your sales service for people that are trying to become your customer for the 1st time, as me:1) be explicit if the mobile subscription offers include or not the EU / international package. You mention different terms in different sections of your website and we end up by not being sure of what we are buying (by the way, I hope I bought what I do wanted to buy);2) You don't accept non-Danish numbers at the moment of purchasing a Danish number with you! It does make much sense to me. If I want a Danish number for the 1st time, how come can I provide a Danish number? You don't accept international numbers when someone is making a purchase. Apart from that, the rest of the purchase was easy to be done. I hope anyway that your client service center give me a call so I can be reassured I bought what I wanted to buy.
