Absolutely horrendous customer model. I've been a client of cbb for 7+ years, recently I had to make a call outside of my subscription. They have my credit card details and I expected the amount of 15kr that the call cost, to be deducted automatically. That wasn't the case, their site failed 3 times while I was trying to pay and I also couldn't set the automatic payment for future reference, then I didn't have time to deal with it anymore that day. I expect that since I'm a customer I'd be given at least a month to pay the amount of 15kr in a time that their website finally works, but no - after just 10 days they fined me a 100kr and stopped my service out of the blue, without any notification.I'm absolutely pissed at how bad this customer model is, it just makes no sense. Needless to say I'm 100% changing provider tomorrow and I'll say the worst things about CBB to everyone, forever. Instead of having a customer that pays 100+ kr every month for many years to come, they've decided to fine people for just 10 days and therefore lose customers.
