I am satisfied with what CBB Mobile offers - good mobile subscriptions with internet at an affordable price. Another plus is the mobile app, which makes it easy to manage your account.However, I miss two things. First - customer service via chat. Sometimes I get stressed making phone calls, so chat would be much more convenient for me. Second - I miss the English version of the website and app. I always have to translate everything through Chrome, which is a bit cumbersome. Too bad there is no option to change the language.I hope the company will consider these suggestions - then it would be perfect!
