I ordered one of their CBD oils and, within a few hours, received an email stating that my order had been completed. However, no tracking information was ever provided, and despite contacting them twice, I have received neither the parcel nor a response to my emails. The item was due to be delivered 8 days ago, and my first attempt to reach them was over 3 days ago.
It’s disappointing, especially since I had read positive reviews about their products. Based on this experience, I’m now questioning how reliable those reviews are. I am already in the process of contacting my card issuer to recover the payment.
