I ordered a month ago and my order has still not been dispatched according to their website, I've received no information about what's going on, and after emailing the support to see if there was an issue somewhere, they used the wrong name to refer to the owner of my order number which is worrying. I hope I will receive my order one day, in that case I'll remove my bad review, but for now it feels like I've lost over a 100€ and it's disheartening.
