Poor communication and misleading explanations

I ordered two items in a single order. Only one item was delivered initially.What followed was a long period of confusing and conflicting explanations, including repeated claims of banking issues — which were later confirmed by the seller not to have affected my payment.The second item eventually arrived, but it was faulty (main chain link not soldered), and I had to return it. Despite confirming receipt of the return and promising a refund, the refund has still not been issued, even after multiple deadlines passed.Messages were often read and not replied to, and tracking was never provided despite repeated requests.When buying jewellery online, trust and clear communication are essential — this experience fell far short of that.I have now escalated the matter through my bank and Trading Standards.I would not order from this seller again.
