They were nice enough to deal with, but honestly, I would have been better off to just hire my own lawyer and leave out these middle-men. They charged me the up-front fee but the only thing they really did was get me registered for the reprieve on the bailiffs, which I could have done myself. Then they charged me more money to hire a lawyer to go to court with me. Isn't that what I hired them for?? On court day, the lawyer got sick of waiting to be heard and strongly encouraged me to settle. He kept nit-picking the details of the case before going in and didn't really seem to know what he was doing and seemed to want to get out of there. After getting into court, it seemed that the judge was very reasonable and probably wouldn't have required me to pay as much as the lawyer told me to pay to settle, or perhaps would have ruled in my favour. I was so annoyed!! In the end, it cost me £1000 more than if I had just paid off the CCJ in the first place. And the process took four months. Four long, stressful months, plus the stress of going to court. I would never use this company, or any like it, again.

Our 3 Step CCJ Removal Process
We offer a FREE Case Assessment, to establish if there are legal grounds for removal, before proceeding with your case.
Once we have confirmed this, we will explain our modest fixed fees, which is dependent on your case complexity.
We will assign a Case Worker to mediate with the claimant on your behalf. Your Case Worker will contact the claimant and discuss your case, as a Civil Mediation company in most Small Claims that are Non-Contested, we can reach agreement with them.
Your Case Worker can help you with the Legal Paperwork. Once we have reached agreement with the claimant, we make sure that your paperwork is correctly drafted and satisfies the legal criteria.
The Paperwork is submitted to the Court. Once you have signed the legal paperwork, this must be submitted to the court for a Judge to Approve. Once Approved, the CCJ will be removed from your file. You’ll get written confirmation directly from the court.See more
