Not the most fun thing to find out when you are trying to rent a property.I contacted CCJ Removal Services and after providing them with all the details, Emma was fantastic in helping me get it removed. Sure it took a few months to sort out, but all the timeframes she gave me were eventually far shorter than quoted, so now we can embark on a house purchase journey quicker than expected.If you think you have a case to get a CCJ removed, can't recommend this service enough. Will save you a lot of money in the long run as your credit score goes up significantly.
I have unfortunately needed to use their services twice. Due to moving house and collecting 2 parking fines sent to a previous address. Our 3 Step CCJ Removal Process
We offer a FREE Case Assessment, to establish if there are legal grounds for removal, before proceeding with your case.
Once we have confirmed this, we will explain our modest fixed fees, which is dependent on your case complexity.
We will assign a Case Worker to mediate with the claimant on your behalf. Your Case Worker will contact the claimant and discuss your case, as a Civil Mediation company in most Small Claims that are Non-Contested, we can reach agreement with them.
Your Case Worker can help you with the Legal Paperwork. Once we have reached agreement with the claimant, we make sure that your paperwork is correctly drafted and satisfies the legal criteria.
The Paperwork is submitted to the Court. Once you have signed the legal paperwork, this must be submitted to the court for a Judge to Approve. Once Approved, the CCJ will be removed from your file. You’ll get written confirmation directly from the court.See more
