I unfortunately received a CCJ relating to an unpaid parking ticket I never received, due to my car leasing company providing an incorrect address. CCJ removals were with me every step of the way in achieving successful removal of this, which I am now delighted to say I have achieved. Olivia, Daniel & Nick were extremely helpful from start to finish - it was only a few weeks from my initial inquiry / providing documentation to prove the CCJ shouldn't have been present & the claimant very quickly agreed. The only delays were because the courts are massively backlogged, and so 90% of the wait time was just for a judge's signature, but the CCJ removal services team had been chasing it on my behalf. Overall it was 6 months in total, but once the judge's signature was received, the removal was very quick.

Once we have confirmed this, we will explain our modest fixed fees, which is dependent on your case complexity.
We will assign a Case Worker to mediate with the claimant on your behalf. Your Case Worker will contact the claimant and discuss your case, as a Civil Mediation company in most Small Claims that are Non-Contested, we can reach agreement with them.
Your Case Worker can help you with the Legal Paperwork. Once we have reached agreement with the claimant, we make sure that your paperwork is correctly drafted and satisfies the legal criteria.
The Paperwork is submitted to the Court. Once you have signed the legal paperwork, this must be submitted to the court for a Judge to Approve. Once Approved, the CCJ will be removed from your file. You’ll get written confirmation directly from the court.See more
