I selected this firm as they were recommended by the estate agent managing a property that I purchased. An estimated completion and exchange date was written at the time of my offer being accepted. Then, began a long process of trying to get clear answers and any timely and useful information about the status of the process, what was still needed, and a estimated changes to the date for the completion and exchange. I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication, which was escalated to partners in the firm. This helped some, but by then we were behind schedule for no good reason. Very disappointing.
