Essentially, they don’t really care about your money or the service they provide. I paid for a service and was told that the servers are down and then they told me three hours later if I was ready I had fallen asleep by the time I woke up and I was ready. They were just rude and then they refunded me so do with that what you will but that’s the energy with this place. They responded to me saying I was having an issue with a friend. They are liars because I didn’t have any issue with any friend. I was having a great day before they gave me the bad service. I was very respectful and never said a word of disrespect. They just wanted money.
