They say delivered but no item received. They say tracked but don’t provide tracking info or proof of delivery. They do not respond to emails, via the online chat. Their website says “top notch” support which is laughable. The personalised baby vest I ordered won’t fit the child if I have to wait any longer. Shocking customer support.
