Ordered a personalised beach towel. Ordered on 10th of April, on 19th of April I enquired where towel was. Was informed their supplier couldn't supply them with a towel. Was offered the option to wait or get refund. Now Foxy printing and Shaun Jackson DCD printing are both ignoring my requests for refund. I would not recommend this company.Shortly after writing this review, I was contacted, my refund was being processed.
