Updated 1st Dec. After requesting a refund, I was informed it had been processed and a prepaid envelope was on its way for returning the four bras I received. Neither the refund nor the envelope has arrived. Upon following up, I was told '£28.98 GBP was initiated in one transaction on October 13, 2025, at 7:36 am', which is simply not true. I’ve followed up three times and received no response. On October 10, 2025, I encountered hidden fees and slow replies – it’s just not worth the trouble. If you want a refund, there’s a 'return fee' of £9.95 for 'quality inspection and repackaging'. They seem more inclined to offer replacements instead, even suggesting, 'You’re welcome to keep, gift, or donate the one you already have.' I was convinced to try two more bras after the first two were unsatisfactory. Now, the refund fee has increased to £12.95. Customer service is slow; I’ve had to reach out multiple times, and since my order on September 4th, I’m still waiting for the refund process to start. I ended up purchasing a different brand instead — perfect fit for my needs, with a hassle-free service. Profit seems to take precedence over customer care.
