I initially ordered the incorrect size - a L - based on my cup size. When they arrived they were far too big. I contacted customer service to ask how I exchange them and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how helpful they were. I now have the correct size and am happy with the fit and the fabric is buttery soft and comfortable. If you are after something a bit more plunging, be careful with your selection. As mentioned by another person, they can be a little bit high cut - more sports bra - that would be my only negative.
