I ordered two pairs of bras, the boob part was pointy and gave off a ‘nipple’ vibe. I emailed to return, no reply. I emailed again and got a reply to be offered a replacement (grateful but no) it was the only style i wanted and wasn’t a size issue. I asked if I could please return for a refund. No reply for 4 days, I emailed again and got a reply finally, they’ll just deduct $20! From my refund for the return, like I can’t pay $10 myself to return them. It’s a bloody return scam. Will never deal with them again. Look out for fine print on these types of guarantees.
