The bras were not as expected. They provided no lift what so ever, very flat even though I ordered push up. When I asked for a refund, they offered to send another style to try, completely avoiding the mention of a refund, even after I said I don’t think there would be another option. The replacements were sent these were even worse than the first bras again no lift, band turning under bust and one was completely misshapen. So I again asked for a refund and I would return all the bras to them at my cost. They had received multiple photos. They refused, told me that as they sent replacements I lost my rights to a refund! They never told me this…if I had known I would have demanded my refund straight away. Enlightening that they are willing to part with bras worth nearly 200 Euros(price on website) instead of refunding me 55 Euros. Tells me the bras are cheap and not worth the price. Proceed with caution.
