I recently purchased the Deep V Push-Up Seamless Wireless Jelly Bra from Celeste d’Or. The bra itself is not terrible, but it definitely does not deliver the dramatic lift and shaping shown in their sponsored Instagram videos—especially if you have a smaller bust. The results are nowhere near what is advertised.However, the biggest issue is their shipping and customer service. They promise delivery within 3–5 business days, yet my order took almost ten days to arrive. Customer support does reply, but very slowly and without providing clear or useful updates. On top of that, when I asked for at least a partial refund due to the delay and the overall inconvenience, my request was completely ignored.This lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing.I strongly advise against purchasing from this brand.
