ordered £68 worth of bras. None fit properly, so I contacted customer service. I was told under their Perfect Fit Guarantee that I didn’t need to return the bras, and I could keep or gift them while ordering replacements. I followed this advice and ordered three new bras — again, none fit. When I tried to return them ALL! customer service refused, claiming using the Perfect Fit Guarantee cancels my right to a refund. This was never mentioned at any stage. Previously, their customer service responded within a day, but now it’s been six days and they are ignoring my emails. Their website and product pages advertise free replacements with no need to return and their policy conflicts with UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), and it feels deliberately misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this brand, as their “guarantees” are confusing and appear designed to avoid refunds
