Ordered 3 bras, they arrived and was slightly too big, not giving me the lift i desired. Although very comfy! I contacted support (sarah) and she sent me out 3 more bras that where the size smaller. Free of charge!!! I couldn't believe it! What great service! Will definitely be buying again! No sore shoulders or irritating under the breasts.
