I ordered two bras, although the fit was not quite right for me. When I contacted customer service, they were incredibly helpful. They explained that the bras cannot be returned for a refund, however, under their perfect guarantee fit, I could choose new ones in any style and size I liked at no extra cost, and I could keep the original ones as well.I am now waiting for my replacements and I am quite keen to see how they turn out. The bra I tried was very comfortable and matched the product description, it simply was not the correct fit for me. I am hopeful the new ones will be exactly what I want.The service itself has been excellent. The only reason I am giving four stars rather than five is that they do not offer returns for a refund, only exchanges.
