These bras are ill fitting and offer very poor support for larger breasted ladies like myself - I am a 36 FF. My bra did not fit and when I requested a return and refund they tried to send me another bra - saying their offer a size guarantee. When I refused the replacement due to the poor support I was informed that I will have to pay a fee of £12.95. This is disgusting and I therefore recommend that you never buy a bra from this company.
