I ordered two bras based on the Celeste D’or Curve size chart, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit. When I requested a refund, I was offered the so-called Perfect Fit Guarantee and received two replacements instead. To my disappointment, the replacements were the exact same size as my original order — so of course, they didn’t fit either.Before agreeing to the replacement, I specifically asked if a refund would be possible if the second set didn’t work out, and was led to believe that it would be. Sadly, the customer service has been completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.As someone who is currently pregnant and truly in need of comfortable, supportive bras, this experience has been especially frustrating.I would not recommend this brand to anyone. The sizing is unreliable, the guarantees are misleading, and the customer support is disappointing.
