Awful - DO NOT BUY Bought two bras - no support and poor quality. Tried to return and get a refund and was told that this would cost me £12.95!!!! They then duped me into accepting 2 replacements under their “Perfect Fit” policy which when arrived were practically the same. I was then told that according to “their” policy I wasn’t able to return these items for a refund, as accepting the “Perfect Fit” option had resulted in my consumer rights for a refund to be void. I’m now left with 4 useless bras. THEFT!!!!
