Ordered on the 1st November, Recieved the despatch email on the 3rd November with a Royal Mail tracking number. That tracking number still shows "waiting to recieve from Vendor" . Reached out to Customer Services intial response quickly recieved, " They are looking in to it " Nothing further - Its is now the 12th November - Still Nothing - I think the company may be a scam site
