Was really happy with purchase but bras were too big despite following size chart to a tee. I let the customer service team know and they were outstanding. They asked me lots of questions and replied efficiently (within a day or two) with a solution. They sent me the correct sizes due to their sizing guarantee without me having to send the others back. I gifted these to my Mum who is thrilled! Will definitely buy again - great business with great products and most importantly, great service.
