The bras were not a good fit and did not appear to be of the quality I had expected. When I asked to return them, I was informed that a £12.95 return fee would be deducted from my total order value of £47.23.
I queried this and requested a full refund on the basis that I would return the items at my own expense. This was refused. Instead, I was offered a 50% discount to keep products that I have no use for. In my view, this offer only reinforces my concerns about the quality of the items.
Overall, I found the customer service disappointing and would not purchase from this company again.
