Their customer service is amazing!! I was so happy and excited to get my 2 BRAS that were 3XL in sizes - the seamless scalloped full bra(light pink) and the seamless full coverage jelly bra (black). It took almost 10 days to arrive but the packaging was sealed and secure. They even gave us extra bra hooks.As I fit the bra that day I realized it was a little loose for me on the boob side
area near the armpits and has extra folds showing so I decided to contact them about my situation telling them I would exchange it to 2XL but they responded that they would send 2 new pairs of BRA with 2XL sizes and no need to return my original order and just keep them or gift them to anyone I like. How thoughtful and convenient!
