I wouldn’t even give them 1 star absolutely shocking! I spent £60 on 3 bra’s that didn’t fit so I asked for a refund I explained there was support at all I was told I would have to pay £12.95 refund fee 😂 but the bras came with a fit guarantee so I could have another 3 bras which would definitely fit . So I accepted, the bras came and again ill fit and zero support! I have emailed and have now been told I can no longer have a refund as I took the fit guarantee it was not at any point explained to me that if I took the fit guarantee I could no longer get a refund or I would have had the refund and been done with it . So now I’m stuck with 6 bras I can never wear and £60 down ! Also I’d like to add the customer service is shocking the process from me asking for the initial refund to me receiving the fit guarantee bras was a whole month . There is no urgency from the company to resolve complaints and they reply at bizarre times eg 11.30pm which I find strange ! AVOID ! Keep your money go to marks and Spencer
