I ordered from here and still haven’t received my necklaces. On the website it says delivery is 8 working days however it’s been a month now and still no update. I contacted and they told me my necklaces were “still being crafted” yet all I ordered were necklaces with a single letter attached. It’s such a shame as they were a gift. It now says they are “ready to be dispatched” but this was 4 days ago and no confirmation they have been shipped. Highly disappointing and if I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered from them at all.
