Returns policy is even worse, they expect you to return to the factory in china where they drop ship the items from often costing more than the item itself — an obvious tactic to deter returns. Outright criminals if you ask me. Company has no relevance to London nor the UK. Simply using it for marketing tactics. I wouldn’t even accept the item if it was free. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.
