Read their policies online and it states that if the item arrives damaged or incorrect they will cover the cost of return shipping just email their customer careEmailed customer care to ask them to arrange a return and they are now saying shipping costs are covered by me all the way back to China, which is completely different to their information onlineThe other options i was offered was to keep the wrong item and get either 20% refund or they will give me 40% off to buy it again meaning I’m out of pocket each way for an error on their part I just wanted to return the item with them covering the shipping costs like they stated and get a refund
