I was disappointed with the build quality of this Celestron telescope; it feels significantly less durable than expected for the price point. While they offer a 90-day return window, be aware that the actual return process is overly complex and the shipping costs are prohibitively expensive. Between the hardware issues and the lack of customer-friendly support, I won't be purchasing from this brand again.
