Shipping was prompt and I’ve received a number of emails offering support and advice while waiting for my product to arrive. The QR code with application tips is really helpful. I’ve yet to see any results but so far I’m impressed with the quality of service and support. Waiting for the 3-4 week mark to have an opinion on the product itself. However so far the experience of using it is very pleasant.
