I purchased three iPhone batteries from this fraudulent company. Before placing the order, I contacted them via WhatsApp to ask if shipping batteries to my location would be possible, as I knew battery shipments can sometimes be problematic. They assured me there would be no issues.So, I went ahead, placed the order, and paid immediately.At first, I received some strange emails asking for additional payments. Later, I received an email confirming that my order had been accepted and payment received. The estimated delivery time was about 2 months.I patiently waited for 2 months — and nothing arrived.I contacted them again via WhatsApp to ask about my package, and only then they told me:"Sorry, we cannot ship batteries."It took them two months and my message to inform me — had I not written, I probably would’ve never heard anything from them.After that, they said they would issue a refund. Again, I received fake emails claiming the refund was approved and payment was made — but I never received any refund or any package.
