I ordered an Item which is listed as "In Stock" on their website. Immediately after they received the payment the order changed its status to "complete"I waited for a few days and asked about shipment and was told 10 days is not the delivery time, its the time to when they ship. After more than 2 weeks I contacted them again and was again told to wait (This time the warehouse in Hongkong shipped slowly) This repeated till after 1.5 months I had enough.I offered the service to either provide me proof of shipment now or to refund with a day. Otherwise I would have filed a chargeback on my credit card.They opted for a refund.Overall a very bad experience and I wasted 1.5 months waiting for a spare part which I may now never get because its already rare. It is still listed as available within 10 days on their website. If only it would be.I give 2 stars because their service always responded within less than a day to my inquirys.
