Bought a LCD Screen Replacement in July 2024 for a HTC, website said it in stock, even today it says its in stock, 5 months later after constant emails etc always the same answer issues in Hong Kong.Was offered a Refund but I said I would wait but I did not trust them and I asked for refund after 5 months, 7 weeks later, no refund, they always say its been processed. Then they tried to blackmail me by saying if I would only get my refund if I removed the negative feedback I placed here but all is truthful. I have all their emails.They did refund me but it was less and I said they have to cover the fees I was charged now MasterCard will deal with it.
