The company marked the order status as “Complete” on their website; however, no tracking number has been provided and the shipment has not been dispatched.
I contacted them multiple times via email and WhatsApp. They keep delaying and giving vague responses such as “shipment will be dispatched in 3–5 working days,” but no actual shipment or tracking details were provided.
As of today, I have not received the product nor a refund.
